NEW - for the first time ever, a DVD of Linton Kwesi Johnson's concert, recorded at the Zenith in Paris to celebrate LKJ's 25 years in reggae.
PLEASE NOTE - the DVD has only PAL signals and will only play on DVD machines that can read this system.~The LKJ Live in Paris DVD celebrates Linton Kwesi Johnson's 25th anniversary as a reggae recording artist and is the first ever visual release of an LKJ concert. The DVD also includes an interview with LKJ and a photo gallery of the gig. There is a CD available of this concert (LKJ CD 022) which can be purchased in the CD Albums section.

First published as Mi Revalueshanary Fren in 2002, that book made LKJ the first ever black poet and the only the second living poet to be published in the prestigious Penguin Modern Classics series. Now, LKJ's Selected Poems have been repackaged as part of the contemporary modern poets' series.~This major selection of Linton Kwesi Johnson's work covers three decades, from the 1970s to the 1990s. The poems articulate the reality of the black experience in Britain, ranging from angry protests against racism to moving eulogies for departed friends, and include both classic poems and more recent work.
